Disgusting poor service by MTN

I have witnessed a worse bad service from mtn, i do not eve know where to start. I am so disgusted actually. Previously i struggled with my contracted which i had to fight to get it cancelled, but i finally did after a fight with mtn.

Two weeks ago an agent from mtn called me offering a new phone which they are promoting, and i refused but asked for a different phone which i want. We had a agreement that the phone that i want will be delivered, then surprisingly they called and told me my phone is to be delivered in George while i am in Johannesburg, then i had to wait another week for the phone to be sent back to Johannesburg.

After three weeks the phone arrived, only to find out they sent incorrect phone which they where advertising and i rejected. I had enough with MTN, because it seems as they are just after sales not customer needs.

I am stuck with a phone which i do not want, and which i can not use. Someone contact me before i take this even further. I am so gatfol.
