Disgusting pathetic service!

Most pathetic digusting service! Its very quick and easy to open a contract but when you want to cancel its the most difficult thing under the sun. I have a month to month comtract which means i can cancel at any time.. upon trying to cancel i was informed i need to return the device first which i have done. However after being informed my contract will be cancelled on 15th november 2023 for which i do have a reference number, its now 3 months and 3 debit orders later and the contract is still active.. Ive tried multiple avenues. A total of more than 7 hours on the fone to the call centre which notoriously cuts your call each time, to facebook complaints, in store where they useless! To following thier own emails complaints process which they never replt to and its been a month!! Will never recommend mtn to anybody!!!
