Disgusting pathetic service
Unbelievable Mtn employees, they responded nicely to my first complaint, Adrian called me friday to assess my insurance claim, and all was ok then he transferred me to their courier people only to be told s*** by that lady that \we do not work on weekends\" where as it was a ****** Friday and a working day, now even today no one has come to collect my damaged my handset...... I'm beyond angry, by the **** service from MTN, you are unbelievable...... This month end i will pay my account then cancel this insurance..... Im going to Vodacom...... Im sure they can never BE as worst of a service as Mtn...... THIS IS BULL K**"
