DISGUSTING MTN SERVICE - WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MTN

MTN has the most disgusting service. Have been trying for 3 weeks now to cancel 2 contracts. No stores can do it, you have to call 135 and then sit for half an hour or more on the phone only to end up with some idiot who then transfers you to new contracts for fibre every single time.

I cannot believe a mobile service provider is allowed to operate like this. They want you to continue paying for something you can no longer afford, even when you contract has ended and when you stop paying they hand you over for breach of contract. CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!
