DISGUSTING MTN SERVICE

The service from MTN is absolutely DISGUSTING. I have been trying to move a contract number from contract to pre-paid for OVER 2 MONTHS! Every time I am told the process is complete and should be sorted by the next morning. I have spoken to over 7/8 different 'SERVICE CHAMPIONS" and no one has been able to assist. On numerous occasions they simply drop the call after spending well over 10 minutes waiting for assistance.

I had moved VODACOM hoping for a more reliable network provider but things have simply gone from bad to worse! I am a patient customer but 2 months is simply unacceptable!

MTN get you act in order!
