Disgusting MTN service
Tried cancelling MTN cell phone contract on 14 June 2015 as I am going overseas for one year.MTN was on strike and my application was never attended to. Phone again on 21 July and received reference number and was told I would be contacted with 48 hours. By the Friday- still hadn't been contacted. phoned MTN and they said I would be contacted on Monday. today is Tuesday and I still don't have anything. phoned AGAIN and the consultant unable to able, no one at the retentions department and supervisor not available. *********** service to say the least
