DISGUSTING MTN ONLINE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my Goodness your Online service is utterly pathetic.

How do you get business with unprofessional *********** staff like that? I have been waiting for application status since the 4th of july with each of your staff online consultants telling me lies and different stories each time i call to find out.

First consultant told me that my application was approved, read me my contract terms and conditions and told me that my phone would arrive in 7 to 10 working days, a few days later i called MTN wanting to track my order only to be told i needed to first email my payslip bank statement and ID, i did that! i called days later to find out if they had received my documents only to be told that CCI had not yet sent them to MTN. Why the hell do you use CCI if it will take ages for them to send docs to MTN why not provide an email that sends docs directly to MTN? Today i called only to be told that my application was then completed and my phone will be delivered in 14 days, i called an hour later just to check if a different consultant would say the same thing only to be told that my application is still in process, i asked that lady to explain she said to me that my application is still "hanging" her direct words.

*** MTN?????

I want to cancel my application and move my business else where since you people do not know how to keep potential clients happy.
