Disgusting MTN employee

Worst service EVER by an MTN employee @ Shop 20, Old Main Rd Christians Village Centre, Hillcrest. How long it takes to cancel a deceased persons account (been 7 months). We are still being billed. Have gone through ALL departments. Numerous phone calls, emails and store visits. Then this waste of breathe employee, laughed as we left the store after we asked if there was anything else we could do!!!! Disgusting attitude from an MTN ambassador! Laughing at the loss of a ****her and husband ... never been so insulted in all my life! I wish the STARS went into the negatives!!!!
