Disgusting MTN

Missed a payment,paid it in full. In fact I was charged more, without any explanation and nobody seems to be able to tell me why. Now,my services were restored except for the WiFi router. The router has no connection,I swapped the SIM thinking it's the router which is faulty. I called MTN yesterday,I did not win,I went to their Twitter account. I was told my number would be refreshed,still no connection. This morning I called 135,spoke to someone,still no connection. The connection department is on holiday,I am told to call tomorrow. So nobody is on standby? Disgusting service sies ma.
