Disgusting MTN

Very disappointed they debited me money that I don't know under two accounts although I opened one account (closed) I'm no longer using their service but every month they debit my money, I manage to reverse one account (less amount), can MTN please pay back my money, don't ever try MTN contract, I'm planning to change my bank because of MTN
