DISGUSTING MONDO

Although MTN is a faboulous company, the same could not be said for MONDO. First the give me a laptop deal. I get billed for 2 months and threathened that my line will be suspended. SUPRISE I did not receive any laptop at that time. Then I did an upgrade on my data contract. I was given and LTE router ( which does not work where I am and was not told this) in July 2022. I cancelled this 2 weeks back when I tried to do an upgrade on my data contract. Last Tuesday I received an LTE router (yes the one from July). I immediately called and cancelled this. I was told they will investigate this and come back. NO REPLY NO NOTHING. After I contacted them again I was told I still have to wait and they can't do anything until the cancellation is completed and they can only come back next week. Then the deal which I app**** for is no longer valid. The BIG problem is that this reflects badly on MTN and IT IS NOT MTN'S FAULT.
