Disgusting management!!!

The manager of MTN Store Pick n Pay Centre Chatsworth, Moos or whatever his name is, is extremely rude, lacks basic customer service! Lacks empathy and speaks over his customers. He is a terrible representation of MTN or whatever is left of it. When policy is not followed by his staff he will tell you straight that he will not take responsibility and does not even try to assist. Uh no you are the leader and should take responsibility as it is your store!!! Then you should deal with your staff accordingly.
