Disgusting experience

It's Been three years trying to cancel an unwanted contract for a router that does not even work , I get told to pay a huge amount of money and they promise to cancel but they never do, I have went to Gateway to pay thousands of Rands and they never cancel, such horrible disgusting, absolutely appalling experience, I am definitely taking this further.
