Disgusting disrespectful behaviour

Absolutely disgusted by MTN once again, I upgraded my contract and made arrangements to have my new device delivered, it has been over a month now and the issues between DSV and MTN has led to me still not having my delivery, MTN also does not provide feedback no matter how many emails you send or how many times you try to call!
