Disgusting customer service from MTN

I have been trying to cancel my contracts and pay it up completely. For the past few days. The customer service i received is putrid. I was told to call and once i called i was told to email and once i emailed i was told to call. Being put on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak to a manager. It's absolutely disgusting. My issue is still not resolved.
