Disgusting Customer Service from Asinothando Njanjulo of MTN - 12 July 2022

If I could rate -stars, I would. MTN is the worst cellphone provider. I am utterly shocked and disappointed with the unprofessional service that I received from Asinothando Njanjulo of MTN Customer Care when I called their call centre today (12 July 2022) to change my bank details. He asked for my one time pin and I did not receive it. He then told me that he sent it to a number that I did not recognise. I then gave him my number and he said he cannot assist me as my number was not on the system. He continuously refused to give me his name, then told me that I could not speak to a supervisor as they are all on leave. I also asked for a reference number and he said that he could not give me a reference number. He then hung up on me. It is utterly disgusting the way MTN treats their customers. I would not recommend MTN to anybody!
