Disgusting Customer Service

Customer service pathetic was on hold for 2 hours, being transferred from 1 department to another just to follow up on the status of my application. eventually SIZWE tells me there's no manager, he cant assist me and on my asking him to confirm his managers name he hangs up the call. DISGUSTING!!!!
