Disgusting customer service and no care about customers

I’m so disgusted with the no care customer service I received from MTN. I’m now waiting 5 months for my refund of money incorrectly debited off my account. This is the 3 complaint I’m logging on HelloPeter as I’m getting no joy. I’m phoning and emailing weekly with no solution. When you have to pay your account MTN doesn’t wait for their money yet I’m waiting 5 months to get my money back. I’m am desperate to get this resolved with no joy. If someone can please tell me how I can escalate this I will appreciate it. I’m contacted customer care and the retentions department and no one seems bothered to help.
