Disgusting Customer service

The service is pathetic, to say the least. I've been going in circles with the agents, supervisors and everyone else who's just as ***********. I've been sitting with a query since Nov, MTN keeps saying there's a balance on Xtra time on my acc and nobody is able to assist and explain why that is on my account. You get transferred pillar to post, only for your query not to be resolved.
