Disgusting Customer Service

I have had an outstanding amount added to my ITC score by MTN but no one at MTN can actually have the decency to call me and explain why I owe them money. I have sent mails and tried calling but it is impossible to actually get through to a human being only automated responses and options. Now my credit score is suffering as these *****sters have declared an invalid amount against my name and cannot even have the decency to respond to any of my emails.
