DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received a call from a Telemarketer today stating thaty he was calling from MTN's promotion and rewards department. He said that my number was just chosen in a draw about 27minutes ago and asked me how long I was using my cell number. He also asked if I received any discounts when I last recharged my phone. I told him that the number that he called on was a Business contract cellphone number. I also asked him why he was calling me on an 078 number he said that there are various number used in this department. I advised him that I was not interested in any sort of promotions. . He said okay fine and the call was ended. 2 Minutes later I received an sms from the number that called stating: "RUDENESS IS A SICKNESS I HOPE THAT YOU GET WELL SOON!!!! I obviously responded to this message and said how dare you send me such a message. He then proceeded to reply and tell me to go an F myself. This is the number that he called from ***. I suggest you find this gentleman, becuase I am not going to let this go.
