DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give 0 stars that is what you deserve. MTN have no idea how to treat customers. I have been on my 4th call with MTN for 30 minutes trying to get transferred to a specific department and no one can put my call through to the relevant department. I have been waiting for 3 weeks (3 different reference numbers later) for assistance on my contract and had to call 'Costomer care' and still nothing. ABSOLUTELY PATHECTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Management is non existent to assist, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING service
