DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

MTN customer service department ***)is the worse, I have tried getting in contact with them for 2 days. They do not answer the call and if they do they transfer me to a department that keeps dropping the call. This is perthetic service. How are the agents trained if they know nothing about customer service, absolutely disgusting.
