Disgusting customer service

After many attempts to resolve contract faults ,we finally attempted an in Store visit . After two hours of filling out forms emailing copies of ID's and company letterheads, we were told they don't accept certified ID copies!!!!!! Thus 6 months later our issues have still not been answered or resolved!
