disgusting customer experience from MTN!

After receiving ****py service from Telkom I decided to try my luck with MTN. after standing for almost 20 minutes in line keeping in mind there were two agents doing absolutely nothing one of the agents eventually called me. I proceeded to tell her the reason for me being there which was to take a contract with them and she blatantly refused to help me. she had the audacity to tell me to wait in another queue as she has knocked off. WOW. absolutely great service from MTN. after voicing out my dissatisfaction she had the nerve to laugh while I left the store. thanks Nombulelo. I will take my services elsewhere and keep in mind I will make sure that everyone I know does not have to go through the same treatment!
