Disgusting Customer Experience

Horrible , horrible service you deserve a zero rating , i have been trying to move my number from contract to prepaid after my contract period ended however this has taken me 4 months now - being sent from pillar to post by seemingly very *********** people . Hire people who know what and why are you in business. I really cannot believe at this day and age you do not understand what customer experience/service is! Shape up or ship out MTN!
