Disgusting customer experience!!!
I have been miss sold my contract and MTN is not willing to help sort it out. I logged a complaint on the 02/08/15 and it is not sorted out yet! According to the contract it needs to be sorted in 20 days!<br> I have been pushed from pillar to post and I have been promised numerious manager call backs that never happend:( The agents at the call centre is rude and unhelpful. I am now stuck in a contract I did not agree to and they say there's nothing they can do about it!
