DISGUSTING & CHEATS
Hi, I have been noticing that my airtime does not last on my mobile, I therefore called MTN customer service on Saturday 9th Sep 2017, to enquire what is going on with my airtime. They told me bunch of horse s**t , that I have subscribed to an unknown mobile service which they themselves couldn't tell me what the service was for, after being such a loyal customer for year, I would not recommend it to anyone else ever again. Thank you MTN for nothing and good bye forever.

I called MTN again at 23h00 on 23/11/2017 because my airtime just keeps on going. they told me the same thing, that I have a subscription which MTN themselves do not know what it does. I see that this is how a power Network service provider behaves, because I am just one person, I do not matter. Thank you for not helping me with my problem.
