Disgusting 🤮

MTN customer service is so bad that you wonder what kind of people do they hire. MTN appears on my credit profile and when I inquired they said that I took services with them when asked what is that they say I took they say they don't see anything and I have not been debited by MTN before. I have no cellphone contract or SIM card contract with MTN. I called them from August but still nothing. I even went to their Facebook page but all that I have been told "sorry for the late response but we still waiting for feedback from our legal team" when calling the call centre they keep transferring me to who knows where 😡 I am told about team leaders which never calls or maybe there isn't one. Customer service very poor and I am thinking of taking this further cause MTN is not doing anything about my case. All I want is them to remove my name of their so called old system.
