Disgusting attitude by MTN consultant. Mibo plaza

Richards bay MTN is a ****. I requested for sim swap,instead of a rap to help me he was asking me what to do,I told him I lost my phone and someone is using my SIM card since it didn't have a pin . He gave me attitude and he said 24 hours is not finished. I walk out and called a manager because I didn't want to lower his dignity in front of people . Manager too never picked up my call after he said I must call before 17h00.

Till now my number is being used by someone,a number that I have used for more than 10 years
