DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!

I did a sim swap in store at MTN Menlyn and was promised all is in order only to be on calls with the call center for almost 6 days trying to resolve the same query and 3 managers promised to call me back and non of them have called me. In my over 25 years this is the most disgusting service I have ever received and will surely be closing my 3/4 contracts lines with them.
