Disgusting and unprofessional customer service

I got a call from a sales rep with regards to my line due for an upgrade, when he called around 10am I asked him to please call me back around 16h30 as I was at work. The guy cut the call while I was in mid sentence. So I left it, thinking it was a signal issue... cut to this afternoon around 16h30, the same guy called again I said I was not interested at this time, he cut the call again in my ear. It seems to me that you're treat like gold when there is a potential sale for these people, but as soon as you decline you are nothing to them, this is disgusting and so unprofessional. Once this contract is up for cancelation, I will not even think about staying with this network.
