Disgusting and terrible

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed by the poor service MTN continue to shower me with. Your call centre is filled with *********** and unprofessional employees. I called twice in one day two hours apart and they dish out the same lame excuse about freezing and slow systems. Such a huge company? I am gutted by the fact that Sizakele who is the agent that was helping me the second time kept me on hold and continue with her life till the system hung on me. It’s fine if u do not value my business I will take it elsewhere but you must know that with a service like that u will lose more client. Your service is disgustingly poor and I suggest u train your stuff.
