Disgusting and irritating

I am just disgusted and irritated about MTN. Worse I did not take up a contract over the phone I went to the Store to take the contract. But the sales consultant which her name is Philile she decided to do what’s best for her, what will pay her better or give her commission and did not care about me. I asked for 24 months contract, instead I got 36 months, I was clear I dnt want insurance but ohh ya she put it also. I came back to her before 7 days after I took the contract I asked her is it 24 months she said she will check and come back to me because I was clear and I told her let’s cancel and start again but Noo she is the one that need money and is must spend money on her. After she said my insurance money will be paid back to me but still nothing I think I have 4 or 5 months now. So worse MTN is calling me to sell me staff on the contract which please I do not want any call from MTN with regards to upgrade or top up or what so ever
