Disgusting after sales service. I do not recommend MTN

MTN service is less than admirable. When I took my contract about 8 months ago, the agent was just too quick to get me signed up. It's come to my attention that the package he signed me up on, is actually not what I need, and have actually not been able to use it. Long story short, he ****med me. 8 months later, after making numerous calls to the call centre and visiting the the store to change my package, absolutely nothing has been done. I am paying for a service that I cannot use. Disgusting and disappointing after sales service. I came over from Vodacom to MTN. BIG MISTAKE
