Disgusting

I am beyond frustrated and irritated at the level of service from MTN Customer Care. I have made multiple phone calls since September 2022 with regards to cancelling my contract, but have thus far been let down by you as a Company. The level of incompetence is truly astounding. Your call centre personnel puts the phone down in my ear, transfers me to various departments unnecessarily. My queries are NEVER RESOLVED. I am now so frustrated that I will cancel all payments to MTN and will switch to another network. I suggest that anyone reading this DOES NOT SIGN UP WITH MTN. You will be left standing with no money and no joy from this company.

When will you take responsibility and stop taking my money for no reason?
