Disgusting

I have never in my life experienced such disgusting customer service as I have with MTN. For 3 weeks now I have had no phone as MTN decided to deactivate my number?????? Every time I phone I am promised that this will be sorted out in 48 hours yet I still sit with no phone. The service I have received from MTN is absolutely pathetic.
