Disgusting

I have a contract for 2 years. No sim swoo wrong device sent to me. For 2 years i oaid R599 a month complained continuously. Was promised to reverse the fees for data and calls. Complaints team mailed to say i will be called but all lies. Now uo for an upgrade can't cancell. Still getting charged. Went to the stores and all I'm tokd hai shame. Sort this out.
