Disgusting

I have been struggling with my contract over cancelation with no luck. It's been a 2 months now since I have made requisition to cancel my phone as it's due which it was confirmed that it was canceled until I receive statement that I still need to pay. I made call again where the gentleman I spoke to said that my contract was still active. I had to demand to speak to senior manager with no luck that they have lodged a quiry and it should be resolved in no time. Till today I am still receiving statements that I have to pay. Can someone intervene
