Disgusting!!!!!!!!!

<p>On the 29th of March my boyfriend took out a contract for me at a MTN store however i only recieved my phone on the 13th of April my package came with the 64gig memory card but when i went in to get my phone they advised that they were out of the memory cards and apologised, they promised me a free cover that im still waiting for. My boyfriend changed his direct debit date and advised MTN of this they said that the payment would now go out on the 1st of every month but then suspended our services on the 18th of May and the reactivated our service on the 21st of May when they discovered that they were at fault. On the 9th of June my boyfriends phone was ****** and called in to block his phone, without asking any effective questions or asking for the imei number of the phone that he would like to blacklist they went and blacklisted both phones i have not had service for 7 days and my contract refreshes TODAY. He called on sat to have my phone unblacklisted but still nothing has been done. No free cover as i was told and no Memory card. MTN never again.</p>
