Disgusted with this service provider. Ensuring customers dont cancel by not putting calls through!

I cannot stand this service anymore!!!! Just let me cancel honeslty. Been trying for hours to get through on the call but it just keeps going dead. Is this a way to ensure no one cancels??? I'm sick and tired of this terrible network.
