DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE.

I am so fed up with this stupid company. I had a dispute about my contract, because I did not want to upgrade my contracts, and yet Summer Mobile decided to upgrade 1 of the contracts. When I phoned to ask for a reversal, as I had never asked for an upgrade, they said they have sent details to MTN direct. When I phone MTN, they tell me they have not received a reference number, and they tell me only Summer Mobile can assist. This is absolutely despicable and I am not going to stop until I get to t he bottom of this. It's really hard not to use 4-letter words to explain my frustration. I have had ENOUGH of this now! I want something to done, and FAST!
