DISGUSTED with SERVICE delivery

Did an upgrade on the 03rd of Aug - still waiting for my phone to be delivered - with the courier since 08th and the courier it - attempted delivery with a broken biometrics machine - so the delivery was not successful - this was tues 11/08 - we are on a week later and still no JOY!! i have phoned courier it and MTN multiple times with no success
