Disgusted with MTN'S service!

What a flippen mission to cancel a contract which should have lapsed in October 2021- but instead they just increase the monthly installment without notice and happily take my money!

I've called to cancel it, each time getting passed onto another consultant without any one of them taking down my details or even letting the next consultant know why it is that I'm calling in. Then, of course they hang up the call!

I've worked in this industry previously, and MTN is one of the worst companies to deal with! You never are speaking to the right person to help you!

They continue to debit money out of my account despite not using the product, and in order to cancel it now only they want what's outstanding- pathetic! Listen to your clients needs, I have been with you for years but definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Won't recommend you to anyone!

My mother has had the same experience, her monthly installments keep increasing with no notice. We won't ever use your service again!

Let's see if anyone at MTN even cares to sort this out after I leave reviews on every social media platform...
