Disgusted with MTN
MTN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!! I called to cancel a contract ... got a reference number and the consultant name.He assured me (on a supposedly recorded conversation) that I will receive no further invoices as my contract has been changed to prepaid. GUESS WHAT..?????? INVOICES HAVE STILL BEEN COMING AND MY ACCOUNT HAS NOW BEEN HANDED TO LEGAL SERVICES. I emailed and called but got no assistance....not even a response from MTN. And when I call the supervisors refuse to speak to me and I get transferred from A to B. If you are considering a contract with MTN, please DON"T GO THERE. rather go to another service provider. And if you are currently with MTN, GET OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. They will milk you dry.
