Disgusted with MTN

Mtn has just conveniently added a sky unlimited contract to my name and banking details. I have all the details of the *****ulent person that is responsible for this happening. I want to know how Mtn let this happen? It has got to be an inside job. I want to know how this happened or I am taking legal action against Mtn. I want all the recordings and paperwork and I want to know how the people involved are going to be charged.
