Disgusted with arrogant MTN

I have 3 contracts with MTN, 078, 071, and 083 numbers, I am totally disgusted with MTN, i do not thing there is another service provider which has respect for the clients. I called in and wrote email to MTN to cancel a contract that expired the 071 number, they offered me a free months service while i shop for an upgrade, following that stole my money, for the supposed 3 free months, when i queried this, a Thuso Raphalalani wrote and threatened that i will lose airtime and everything in that package if i migrate to prepaid, i said she must sort out the 3 months and call me back to proceed with migration. She disregarded me, and went for my other contract, the 078 number and closed it! i lost R1500 airtime, and now sits without being able to call anyone, i have called mtn and wrote to [Email Removed] i have been ignored, what is this? is MTN punishing me for wanting to exercise my rights as a consumer? its so disgusting. even the executives at mtn are not interested in solving customer complaints, they are probably too grand for this.
