Disgusted soon-to-be-ex client!

my husband took out a contract for me at Nashua mobile last year. Not long after they closed down and customers were handed over to the respective providers, mine being mtn.My initial contract was a open line with a block/ limit on it meaning that if I ran out of airtime/data I would top up.After moving over to mtn we started getting high bills every month. When I called mtn to enquire I was told that since the contract is in my husbands name and not mine I have no right to get any info from them and he would have to call.My response was since we have our initial set amount with Nashua mobile, mtn had no right to remove the set limit. After battling for months we eventually went into a mtn store where we advised to set the limit back ourselves by dialling *151*5# which we have done.Once again today,an amount of R662 has been debited for my contract of R300.Went into an mtn store where I was told to again call 808. Tried this where I was on hold for about 20 minutes before I hung up.The real kicker is that after I reach my arranged limit I get cut off and have to top up. so im spending over R200 a month on top up as well as being billed up to over R700 a month for a R300 contract! ANGRY
