DISGUSTED!!!! PATHETIC!!!

I am so disgusted with MTN. NOBODY helps. I would NEVER make use of MTN again. I phoned MTN to cancel my contract. They told me to pay R527 for early cancellation. I made payment the next day on the 8 September. Phoned them again to cancel and confirm payment received. 2days later I received a bill??? How the hell can you be billed after you paid every thing and cancelled your contract. Its the 23 September today. I have been phoning every day and they just keep on transfer you and then drop the phone. When I go into the store they just say they cant help and to phone. Ref ***
