Disgusted once again by MTN customer service

Disgusted once again at customer service, landed in Spain. Can only use wifi, need voice and SMS roaming which I always had, tried emailing, Facebook ING and. My husband went into the MTN store in SA, no help at all. I urgently need to be able to make calls to my family!!! MTN get your act together and contact me via email immediately or consider this my cancelation notice.

Sorry for all the inconvenience caused on behalf of MTN. Please note that international roaming can be activated for your voice and sms's. I have sent you an email for further correspondence. Please visit our website to view the amounts for roaming at the country you are currently roaming at as the service is a chargeable service for voice, sms and data roaming.
